Earlier this year, students engaged in celebrations for Tu B’Shvat to mark the Jewish new year for trees. Representatives from the nonprofit GrowTorah provided hands-on pickling methods to our high schoolers, while our youngest learners participated in Tu B'Shvat Seders in the hallways and cafeteria of our beloved building. Our 5th-grade students got really creative by putting on an original play, demonstrating the lessons of the holiday in a fun and meaningful way. Chag Sameach!
